Overview

The 16m Organic-Concept Dome is a self-supporting timber structure with a distinctive flattened profile that gives it a more organic shape while increasing stability. Built from high-quality laminated and curved pine wood, it offers a natural architectural feel that stands apart from more conventional event structures.

The 16m Organic-Concept Dome creates a warm, immersive environment for festivals, dining, wellness experiences, brand activations, and private gatherings.

Its visual character is warm, sculptural, and versatile. Left clean and minimal or fully styled from the frame, it lends itself equally well to refined dining, atmospheric lounge spaces, performance settings, and large-scale guest experiences.

Capacity & Uses

The 16m Organic-Concept Dome can be configured in a variety of ways depending on the event format.

Example capacities:

• Ceremony: up to 335 guests
• Cocktail style: up to 250 guests
• Walking dinner: up to 200 guests
• Seated dinner: up to 130 guests

These figures are intended as a guide to maximum capacity and layout will vary depending on furniture, staging, flooring, and the overall event design.

Structure & Finish

The dome’s timber interior creates a warm, high-end atmosphere from the outset and can be further enhanced with lighting, draping, florals, or suspended installations.

The roof covering can be produced in different materials depending on the intended use and overall finish. The dome can also be partially or fully enclosed with solid or clear sidewalls. On the 16m size, one main entrance is standard, with additional entrances possible upon request.

 

Flooring & Site Requirements

A flat surface is required to install and anchor the structure correctly. Where the terrain is uneven, height differences can be resolved with a cassette floor or a custom-made floor system beneath the dome.

For the 16m dome, a floor area of approximately 17 x 17.5 metres is recommended.
